Privacy Policy
Last Updated: April 22, 2026
Your information and your privacy are important — to you and to us. This policy explains how Pacific Concepts Group (“PCG”) collects, uses, and protects your information, and the choices you can make about how your information is used.
Pacific Concepts Group is an authorized sales agent and dealer for DIRECTV for Business and STARLINK. We sell and service these products on behalf of our customers but do not process or manage billing for DIRECTV or STARLINK services — those functions are handled directly by the respective service providers under their own billing terms and policies.
When this Policy applies
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) covers the information generated when you contact, engage with, or use services provided by Pacific Concepts Group, including our website, quote requests, account setup assistance, and customer service interactions related to DIRECTV for Business and STARLINK products.
This Policy applies to you and anyone who engages with PCG under your account or on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring that all authorized representatives of your business understand and agree to this Policy.
Special circumstances where this Policy may not apply, or may apply alongside other policies:
- DIRECTV for Business services, billing, and data practices are governed by DIRECTV’s own privacy policy. PCG acts solely as an authorized sales agent and does not control DIRECTV’s data practices.
- STARLINK services are governed by SpaceX’s privacy policy. PCG acts as an authorized reseller via DSI Systems Inc and does not control STARLINK’s data practices.
- Some states require additional policy terms in accordance with local laws. PCG complies with applicable state privacy requirements.
- If you are a PCG business customer, written service agreements between you and PCG may contain specific provisions about confidentiality, security, or handling of information. When those agreements differ from or conflict with this Policy, the terms of those agreements apply.
The information we collect
We collect information about you and how you engage with our services, along with information about your business and equipment needs. This may include:
- Account and contact information — business name, contact name, phone number, email address, service address, and similar information you provide when requesting a quote, setting up an account, or contacting us for support.
- Online information — internet protocol addresses, browser type, pages visited on our website, cookies and similar technologies, and identifiers such as device IDs. This information is collected when you use our website or online inquiry forms.
- Equipment and service information — information about the products and services you are interested in or have purchased through PCG, including hardware configurations, service addresses, and installation details.
- Communication records — records of phone calls, emails, and other communications between you and PCG for purposes of service support and account management.
- Location information — your business address or service location, as provided by you when requesting service or equipment installation.
How we collect your information
We collect your information in three ways:
- You give it to us directly — when you request a quote, set up a service account through PCG, contact us for support, or otherwise communicate with us.
- We automatically collect it — when you visit our website or use our online tools, we may automatically receive technical information such as your IP address and browser information.
- We receive it from outside sources — such as publicly available business information, referrals, or commercially available data used to support our sales and service outreach efforts.
How we use your information
We use your information to provide, support, and improve the products and services we offer, and to communicate with you about your account and service options. Specifically, we use your information to:
- Process and fulfill quote requests, service agreements, and equipment orders placed through PCG.
- Contact you regarding your account, service status, or product availability.
- Provide customer support and troubleshoot service issues.
- Tailor product and service recommendations to your business needs.
- Improve our sales processes, service delivery, and customer experience.
- Comply with applicable legal requirements and protect our legal rights.
- Detect and prevent fraud in connection with transactions handled by PCG.
- Conduct internal research and analysis to improve our business operations.
PCG does not use your information to process payments or manage billing for DIRECTV or STARLINK services. All billing for those services is handled directly by the respective providers, DIRECTV and DSI Systems Inc with regards to STARLINK.
How we share your information
We share your information in the following circumstances:
- With your permission.
- With DIRECTV and STARLINK (DSI) — as required to set up, provision, and service accounts on your behalf as an authorized sales agent and reseller.
- With vendors and service providers — who assist PCG in operating our business, including IT services, CRM platforms, and customer support tools. We require these vendors to protect your information consistent with this Policy.
- With government or legal authorities — when required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
Sharing information with DIRECTV and STARLINK
As an authorized sales agent and reseller, PCG shares customer information with DIRECTV and DSI Systems Inc (STARLINK Sales agent) as necessary to establish service accounts, provision equipment, and support your service relationship with those providers. Once your account is established, your relationship with DIRECTV or STARLINK for ongoing service, billing, and support is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
Sharing information with vendors that support PCG
PCG shares information with vendors that perform services for us, such as CRM software providers, marketing platforms, and customer support tools. We do not allow those vendors to use your information for any purpose other than to provide services to PCG, and we require them to maintain the confidentiality and security of your information.
Sharing information with government or legal authorities
There are circumstances where we may be required to share your information with government agencies, law enforcement, or parties to legal proceedings, including:
- Complying with court orders, subpoenas, or lawful legal process.
- Detecting and preventing fraud.
- Protecting our legal rights or defending against legal claims.
- Responding to emergency circumstances involving risk to life or safety.
Sharing for aggregate research and analytics
PCG may share information that does not identify you personally for research or aggregate analytics purposes. When we share such information, we require that it not be used to identify any individual and that it be handled securely.

Data storage, transfer, retention, and accuracy
Data we collect may be stored and processed in the United States. We take steps to ensure that data is handled in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.
