Mobile plans through Pacific Concepts Group sit at the top of the network queue — so your vehicles stay connected when demand spikes and congestion hits other users.
When your monthly prioritized data is used up, your connection doesn’t drop — you roll onto unlimited fallback data on land, keeping operations running without an interruption.
Track status, usage, and configuration across every vehicle in your operation from one web portal. Add terminals, adjust plans, and pull reports without touching each unit individually.
All traffic across your fleet runs through encrypted channels, protecting operational data, sensitive communications, and user activity regardless of where your vehicles travel.
Single-country plans keep costs down for fleets that stay within U.S. borders. Upgrade to a worldwide plan when operations expand internationally or into coastal waters.
Priority plans include a 99.9% network availability commitment backed by service credits — giving your operation predictable, contractually supported uptime assurances.

It’s satellite internet designed specifically for vehicles and fleets that need to stay connected while in motion. Unlike residential or fixed-site plans, land mobility service is built for trucks, emergency vehicles, transit buses, broadcast units, and other mobile operations — using hardware that mounts permanently to the vehicle and stays online at highway speeds.
You’ll need the STARLINK Performance Kit, a one-time hardware purchase priced at $1,999. It includes a ruggedized flat-panel antenna, an Advanced Power Supply that supports both AC and DC inputs, a 25-meter cable, Ethernet cable, power cables, and a vehicle mount. The kit is covered by a 3-year warranty and rated for a decade of field operation.
Local plans are designed for operators whose vehicles stay within a single country. They’re more affordable and cover everything including inland waterways, but are restricted to domestic use. Global plans are for fleets that cross international borders or operate near coastal and ocean environments — they support use in over 100 countries and allow up to two terminals on a single service line.
Your service doesn’t stop — it shifts to a lower-priority connection tier. While on land or inland water, you retain unlimited access at reduced throughput (roughly 1 Mbps down / 0.5 Mbps up) for the rest of the billing period. If your operation can’t afford a slowdown, data top-up blocks are available for purchase anytime through the account portal.
Throughput on a moving vehicle typically falls in the 40–220 Mbps download range with upload speeds of 8–25 Mbps and latency under 99 ms. The antenna is rated for continuous operation at up to 350 mph on domestic plans and 550 mph on global plans, so it handles highway driving and most high-speed transport applications without issue.
Yes. Your account gives you a centralized dashboard where you can view the status of every terminal, monitor data usage per vehicle, adjust plan settings, and generate usage reports — all without touching the hardware. It’s designed to scale from a handful of units to thousands without adding management overhead.
Yes. The current hardware is already built to support gigabit-level throughput once planned network enhancements roll out. That upgrade is expected to begin in 2026, and no hardware replacement will be required — your existing equipment will receive the improvement automatically through the network.
We act as your single point of contact throughout the process. That means helping you choose the right plan for your specific routes and fleet size, coordinating equipment procurement, getting accounts activated, and providing ongoing support after launch.
